I'm Grant Warfield.
My background is in accounting and business analysis, including time at Deloitte, where I worked in environments that required understanding the truth of a business quickly and communicating it clearly.
Beyond that, I've built and operated systems inside real companies.
I started Crimson, where I worked directly with clients to streamline operations and automate workflows. I've also built products in other industries, including the music space.
That experience taught me something simple:
Most people don't actually understand how businesses work—they just memorize pieces.

So I started breaking it down from first principles.
